This was a Christmas present. The product was shipped on Dec. 13th. Your shipping policy states 3-7 days, I did not receive the item until 2 days after Christmas. When I spoke with your customer service they informed me I can return the package, however I’m responsible the return cost. You did not honor your own shipping policy, yet the customer is responsible to pay to return the item that did not arrive on time? You will never have my business again.
